g) the size of the building area is a maximum of 0.25,
h) the minimum area of a newly allocated building plot for:
- 800 m² for one segment of a semi-detached building or a detached building - in the case of its connection to the sanitary sewage system,
- 1200 m² for free-standing developments in the event that the building is not connected to the sanitary sewage system
