Since 2013, I have been helping clients sell, buy and let properties throughout Warsaw. I work with people who are looking for their first flat, need more space for their family, are moving house, or are selling a home that holds many memories. I know that behind every decision like this lie someone’s plans, emotions and, at times, fears. That’s why I listen first and try to understand what matters most to each person.

It’s important to me that clients feel free to ask questions, discuss their concerns and know what to expect at each stage of the process. I’m straightforward about the options available, the value of the property and any difficulties that may arise. I look for solutions and pay close attention to detail, so that clients feel someone is looking after the whole process.

I have a particular affinity for terraced houses, properties steeped in history and flats in modern developments. I also have many years’ experience in the premium and luxury segments.

However, I devote the same level of attention to selling a small flat, a family home or an exceptional residence. In each of these situations, the client entrusts me with an important part of their life and assets.
What gives me the greatest satisfaction is when, once a transaction is complete, I hear: ‘Ms Renato, we’re back with another matter’, or when I receive a call from someone who’s been referred to me. This is how I’ve been building my career for years. At En Casa, I also lead the Centre Team, sharing my experience and supporting agents in their day-to-day work.
