I am a 3rd year Management student at the University of Warsaw and I am fascinated by both professional and personal development. In my work I try to combine theory and practice, focusing on effective organisation and project management. My approach is based on professionalism, responsibility and building trusting relationships. My role in the En Casa office is to support and oversee its operation.

In my personal life, friendships are very important to me and in my spare time I am interested in films, music and travel. I also like to explore myself through personality tests and various forms of development that allow me to better understand myself and my strengths.
