Based on the provisions of the Local Spatial Development Plan, plot no. 46/5 is designed with a single staircase, four stories (top floor with a mezzanine):

TOURIST ACCOMMODATION FACILITY - BUILDING WITH TOURIST APARTMENTS AND TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE.
The L-shaped building, designed in accordance with the provisions of the Local Spatial Development Plan, is located in the central part of plot 46/5. Its front, longest façade is designed to run parallel to the boundary of plot 415/21 (formerly Tysiąclecia Street) and indirectly to plot 381/10 (Kołobrzeska Street). The remaining façades are parallel to the boundaries of the adjacent plots. Therefore, the building's façades run parallel to the southern, western, northern, and eastern boundaries of the planned area.

BUILDING HEIGHT
This single-staircase building, designed for tourist accommodation, has a ground floor elevation of 0.0 = 4.0 m above sea level and a main building height of four floors above ground (top floor with a mezzanine), with a height of 15.95 m measured from the ground level at the lowest entrance to the building to the edge of the attic, i.e., 19.95 m above sea level.

A total of 42 commercial units are planned for the building – tourist apartments intended for single occupancy for more than 3 days, with the total number of users limited to 200.

23 parking spaces in the multi-car garage (including 1 designated for disabled persons) on the ground floor and 10 parking spaces on the premises. A total of 33 parking spaces.

The development site designated for the proposed building is located on plot no. 46/5, Mrzeżyno1 district, at 20 Nadmorska Street in Mrzeżyno.
